Every waterway is different — different vegetation, different water depth, different access challenges. These projects show the range of work we do and the results our clients see. Dense water hyacinth and torpedo grass had overtaken roughly 60% of the lake surface, blocking access to the dock and making the water unusable. Mechanical harvesting cleared the surface and removed the vegetation from the water entirely.
Cattails and common reed had formed an impenetrable wall along the entire shoreline, completely blocking waterfront access and views from the home. Shoreline clearing restored full access and opened up the water view.
A thick mat of filamentous algae had covered the entire surface of a community retention pond, creating odors and an eyesore for nearby residents. Mechanical collection removed the algae mass and the nutrients it contained.
A community lake had become severely overgrown with hydrilla and emergent vegetation over several years of neglect. A full restoration cleared the vegetation, removed accumulated debris, and restored the lake to a usable, attractive condition.
